Sheet Metal Component / Assemblies
With in-house Design & Development facility we cater to our customers according to their requirement.
Currently we manufacture Brackets & levers, Washers, Metal sleeves, Ring injectors, brass connectors, screen filters & also Deep drawn parts.
Brackets & levers
Making this part presently for Williams Controls, these brackets are being used to fit the accelerator paddle in the vehicle. Similar kind of heavy duty brackets we can supply.
Metal ring & lock plates
Different types of metal rings we can manufacture as per drawing or sample. We are supplying lock plates to Cummins as well as for our export customers also.
Washers
We can supply different types of washers in ferrous (MS, En-9 etc.) as well as non-ferrous material. Final application of the En-9 washers are cylinder head, con-rod etc. with hardness @ 45 HRC. Non-ferrous washers from Cu, brass material are being used mainly for sealing purpose.
Deep drawn parts
We can draw SS & MS parts up to 125 mm height.
Ring injector
We are supplying this part to Cummins. Manufactured from Phosphor bronze material & being used for injector sealing application.
Brass connectors
It is part of engine fuel line used for filtering the fuel. Supplying to Cummins. 200 x 200 SS wire mesh is being used.
Brass Sealing rings
Enhance your sealing solutions with our Precision Engineered Brass Sealing Rings, ensuring durability and reliability for your applications.
Screen filters
It is part of engine fuel line used for filtering the fuel. Supplying to Cummins. 30 x 250 SS wire mesh is being used.
Flex plate assembly
It is a part from power transmission line. Final application is Railway Engine.
